This website does not collect data on its own

The page you are viewing has no contact forms, uses no analytics tools and installs no tracking cookies. Browsing it does not create any record of your personal data.

The phone and WhatsApp buttons simply open the corresponding app on your device; the content of that conversation is governed by the terms of the service you use.

What is collected if you contact us

When you get in touch by phone, WhatsApp or email to book an appointment, only the data you provide is collected: name, phone number, email address and the general reason for your consultation.

We do not ask for diagnoses, imaging or medical history through these channels. Health information is collected and safeguarded during the medical consultation, within the clinical record, which is governed by applicable health regulations.

What it is used for

Contact details are used solely to schedule, confirm or reschedule your appointment, provide clinical follow-up and answer your questions.

They are not used for advertising, are not sold, and are not transferred to third parties, except where required by law by a competent authority.

Your ARCO rights

You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it if inaccurate, cancel it when you consider it unnecessary, and object to its processing. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, write to daniel.mpyd@gmail.com stating your name, a way to contact you and a clear description of your request. You will receive a response within a maximum of 20 business days.

Please note that information contained in the clinical record must be retained for the period required by health regulations, even if you request its cancellation.
